First, we perform lipo-harvest to remove fat from other areas of your body (often your abdomen & hips), then infiltrate that fat superficially into your buttocks. It’s a complicated procedure, of which we have extensive training and experience and have board-certification as a plastic surgeon, giving you the best and safest results. Recovery time is 2-4 weeks, “After surgery, some of the fat that was transferred gets reabsorbed by your body, but the fat that remains after a few months is long lasting” therefore, overcorrection to account for loss is typical.

Stem Cell Hair Regrowth with PRP -

Stem cell therapy for hair loss is an effective, non-surgical procedure to promote hair regrowth and based on the principle that stem cells help stimulate and revive damaged hair follicles, promoting the growth of hair. Stem cells are harvested from the patients own fat then transplanted via injection to the scalp and often combined with PRP to regrow hair. The treatment is typically administered over 1-2 sessions, depending on the extent of the hair loss and to promote healthier hair with improved quality and texture. This procedure is completely safe and free of side effects. Results can begin to be seen in as few as 2-3 months. It’s likely the patient has hormone deficiencies which we should also address in combination with stem cell injections to avoid future hair loss again. Injections can be done with or without IV sedation depending on patients preference. (IV sedation not included in the advertised price).
